We are delighted to announce the opening of our Break & Home Aubervilliers hotel residence to the general public.
Previously reserved for researchers at the Condorcet Campus, it is now open to all visitors looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Aubervilliers Paris Nord.
This transition marks a new era for our new hotel residence north of Paris, which offers 88 fully-equipped studio to F3 flats with high-quality services.

Our cleaning teams replace your linen and clean your apartment weekly. If you wish, you can also add extra cleaning services à la carte during your stay.
